Vishal, on a mission to get first-time buyers their keys.

Vishal moved to the UK from India when he was nine years old. He went on to study accounting and finance, and has worked in financial services since 2017. In October 2023 he founded Infinite Finance London, which he runs with his wife and a close knit team from their office in Wembley.

He built the business because he kept seeing the same thing. Good first-time buyers being told no, or handed a mortgage and then left to chase estate agents and solicitors on their own. Questions first-time buyers always ask.

Do I really not need a 20% deposit?+
In most cases, no. Depending on your situation, there are lenders offering first-time buyer mortgages with as little as a 5% deposit. A lot of people have been saving for a number they never actually needed, and could have bought a year earlier.
I am self-employed. Can I still get a mortgage?+
Yes. Your own bank may say no because you do not fit their box, but every lender reads self-employed income differently. Some only want one year of accounts. Some are far more flexible than the high street. We work across more than 100 lenders, so we know who will say yes to someone like you.
I have already been declined. Is it over?+
Not even close. Most declines happen for a reason that can be fixed: a small issue on a credit file, income that was not presented properly, or simply the wrong lender. We look at why it happened, fix it, then match you with lenders who see your situation completely differently.
Why not just go to my own bank?+

How much do you charge, and when?+
